Our Signature Brazil comes from Fazenda Boa Vista, a historic farm on the border of the Mogiana and South Minas regions.
Coffee has been grown here since 1890, but in 2019 Rubens Corrêa da Cunha Junior began a new phase focused entirely on quality and long-term sustainability. The 90-hectare property was carefully replanted and upgraded with modern wet and dry processing equipment, allowing for greater precision and expressive microlots.
At 1,200 metres above sea level, the farm produces Mundo Novo, Catuaí, Acaiá and Bourbon — varieties known for their deep sweetness and creamy body.
In the cup, this coffee is all about comfort and balance. Expect smooth toffee sweetness, classic biscuit notes and a rounded hazelnut finish. It’s rich without being heavy, structured without being sharp, and incredibly dependable as an everyday brew.
A proper, polished Brazilian that does exactly what you want it to do — and does it very well.
