Ratnagiri Reserve – Hemavathi is a high-altitude Indian coffee produced at the historic Ratnagiri Estate, founded in 1920 and now run by Ashok Patre.
“Ratnagiri” means Pearl Mountain, named after the silver oak canopy that shades the farm. This lot uses an extended fermentation process to enhance sweetness and fruit character while keeping the cup clean and balanced.
Expect a juicy tropical profile with candy-like citrus brightness and a smooth marzipan finish.
