We’ve teamed up once again with the incredibly talented Ned from N2 Sweet Labs to bring you something rather special this Christmas!
Ned imports his own cocoa from Colombia and creates some truly incredible chocolates. This time, he’s used our bestselling Colombia Dulima coffee to create three delicious coffee-infused chocolate bonbons, bringing together two of our favourite things – Colombian coffee and chocolate!
Inside each box you’ll find 12 handmade chocolate bonbons, perfect for enjoying your own little 12 days of Christmas.
There are three delicious flavours to enjoy:
Black – Espresso Dark Chocolate Ganache
A rich dark chocolate bonbon filled with a smooth espresso dark chocolate ganache, infused with our Colombia Dulima coffee.
Orange – Espresso Caramel
A double chocolate shell made with white and milk chocolate, filled with a delicious espresso caramel made using Colombia Dulima.
White Splash – Caramel Latte Ganache
A double chocolate shell combining caramel and milk chocolate, filled with a creamy caramel latte ganache infused with Colombia Dulima.
And of course, we couldn’t have chocolates without some incredible coffee to go with them!

Colombia Aley Calderon – Washed
Tasting notes: Honey & Milk Chocolate
Grown by Aley Calderon in San Adolfo, Acevedo, Huila, Colombia.
Aley moved into specialty coffee production in 2021 and has since been experimenting with different processing methods to create some wonderful flavour profiles.
This particular coffee is a blend of Castillo and Colombia varieties, washed using a double fermentation process. The coffee is first fermented in the cherry before undergoing a second fermentation after pulping.
The result is a beautifully sweet coffee with tasting notes of honey and milk chocolate, making it the perfect partner for Ned’s handmade bonbons.
