This microlot comes from Finca Los Jilgueros, where Manuel Armando Peralta grows 100% Pacamara variety beans at an altitude of 1,350 metres. Using a raised bed natural process with extended anaerobic cherry fermentation, this coffee boasts rich, concentrated flavours and is dry/natural processed.
Expect tasting notes of chocolate, toffee, and crisp apple – the perfect autumn combination. Its sweet and slightly spooky profile makes it ideal for Halloween, evoking classic seasonal treats.
