Kaldi's Heritage Blend is a thoughtful mix of two standout coffees, Colombia Dulima and Honduras La Paz, each bringing its own character and story to the blend. This coffee is close to our hearts, as it honours Goatherd’s beginnings with our very first coffee from Honduras, while also featuring our top-selling Colombia Dulima. Together, they create a flavourful experience that’s both bold and smooth.

Named after Kaldi, the legendary goatherd who is said to have discovered coffee centuries ago, this blend pays tribute to his remarkable find. The Colombian Dulima forms a rich base with its caramel sweetness, inspired by the fertile soils of central and southern Huila. Complementing this, the Honduras La Paz brings deep chocolate notes and a delightful nuttiness, reflecting the lush landscapes of the Montecillos region.
