Honduras Selección Colinas is produced by 20 smallholder farmers from the community of San José de Colinas in Santa Bárbara, one of Honduras’ most recognised coffee-growing regions.
The farms average just 2.5 hectares in size and sit between 1,200–1,500 metres above sea level, surrounded by mountain ranges and favourable microclimates ideally suited to producing high-quality Arabica coffee.
Coffee is deeply woven into the culture and livelihoods of families in San José de Colinas. Producers carefully manage each stage of production, combining generations of experience with a continued focus on quality and responsible farming.
In the cup, expect sweet raisin and toffee, lifted by a touch of lemon, before finishing with the smooth, buttery nuttiness of macadamia.
