Expect a smooth milk chocolate body paired with bright blackberry sweetness. Clean, well-structured and easy to enjoy — this is a crowd-pleasing Colombian with real depth.
About the Region
Planadas sits on the southern edge of Tolima, close to Huila and Cauca. The region benefits from high altitudes, rich volcanic soils and ideal growing conditions. Despite this, many farming communities were historically isolated from global coffee markets due to years of regional conflict.
Today, family-run farms continue generations of coffee cultivation while producing high-quality lots that showcase the true potential of Tolima.
Processing & Quality
Ripe cherries are carefully selected, depulped and fermented to remove the mucilage before being fully washed. The coffee is then slowly dried in parabolic greenhouses for 10–18 days, helping to preserve clarity, sweetness and balance in the cup.
Why You’ll Love It
- Smooth milk chocolate sweetness
- Juicy blackberry notes
- Clean washed profile
- Grown by smallholder farmers
